Will you doing something you LOVE this coming weekend?

Feuilles de la passionImage by from eye to pixel via Flickr

Here, for your consideration, are two very excellent sets of questions from my very good friend Tony MacDonald.

If you are not choosing to do at least one thing that you are really passionate about and totally love doing over this coming weekend and bank holiday, you will no doubt have an excellent reason for this.

If you don’t have an excellent reason though, answering these questions for yourself may prove to be a lot more than just useful. This could be a gentle beginning of finding new or renewed purpose in your life and making the time to do more of the things you really want to be doing.

Of course if you can remember ‘Why Dont You’ you could just go off and do something less boring instead than watching television.

So here is an invite to simply consider and explore these questions for yourself.

These questions relate to your learnings, your future and current happiness as well as asking the question “What do you want in your life?” in an indirect way.

Question Set 1

  • what are two decisions you have made in the past that have positively changed your life?
  • How did they change your life for the better?
  • What finally got you to decide?

Question Set 2

  • what are two new decisions you are committed to making now, and
  • how will they powerfully improve your life for the better?

Have a Great weekend and Bank Holiday

Nigel

Something very special – NLP for Women Only

Here is something for the ‘fairer sex’ that my very good friend Chantal Burns is running in London.

Create the life you want – Love the life you have

A seminar developed by women, for women

Do any of the following ring true?

  • Do you ever feel frustrated or guilty that you’re doing too much or not enough?
  • Do you spend too much time worrying about issues or problems?
  • Do you wish you had more confidence in certain areas of your life?
  • Do you need fresh inspiration to get you super-motivated?
  • Do you ever feel unsatisfied and wonder if the grass is greener?
  • Could your intimate, family or professional relationships be more fulfilling?
  • Are you fed up with being fed up?

If so, then maybe it’s time to spring clean from the inside out. That’s why we’ve created this special training event, exclusively for women.

NLP Meta Programs – Explained

Our Newcastle upon Tyne and North East NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner training courses both explore Meta Programs in relation to enhanced communications, both at the linguistic and physical levels.

Meta Programs are one way people filter and sort and categorise information.  When we can recognise and detect peoples current Meta Program preferences it is possible to communicate more congruently at deeper and more connecting levels.

Here Harry Knox gives an immediately understandible introduction to the subject in this you tube video.  For the full 15 minute introduction simply subscribe to Communicating Excellence newsletter and access more NLP and Hypnosis resources.

Core Transformation is the excellent work of Connirae Andreas. This is surely one of the most profoundly connecting and deeply healing NLP / Hypnosis processes for working with perceived problematic aspects of the self and associated behaviours.

Core Transformation is a second order change process and is successfully used to work with seemingly unhelpful emotions, addiction and habits, relationships, and self image. And it can also ( like most healing processes ) be used to get more of what you want too.

A way to get deeply in touch with the self and discover the positive purpose and intention behind perceived problematic behaviours, emotions or thinking. Using Core Transformation process we can reach ‘core states’ and use these powerful states of being to transform old ways of being into new, congruent and healthier ways of living in the world and with a real sense of gratitude for who we are.

Do you want to Stop Smoking?

A 'No Smoking' signImage via Wikipedia

Is now a good time to Stop Smoking?

In Newcastle and the North East, Nigel Hetherington has assisted 100’s of people to successfully stop smoking using Hypnotherapy and NLP with his 7 Step Stop Smoking (TM) therapy BUT it is entirely possible to Stop Smoking without professional help.

So is now a good time to Stop Smoking?

Only you know the answer to this question and if you really want to stop here is a video demonstrating an EFT process you can use yourself.  That’s right, it is actually possible to give up and get healthier lungs without a therapist to assist you.

If you really want to give up you can ask yourself the following questions before watching this short demonstration of EFT to Stop Smoking.

  1. How will my life be different once I have stopped?
  2. When I have been stopped smoking for one week – how will I feel?
  3. When I have been stopped smoking  for one month and I can honestly feel a difference in my health with healthier lungs – what does this mean to me?
  4. Moving forward six months into the future and from this point looking back to when you chose to stop – what have you learned about yourself in relation to having healthier lungs now looking back?
  5. Before you give up … now … are you completely and honestly ready to improve your health, lungs, nose and all?
