Post-Traumatic Growth Workshop – Being Remarkable on Purpose : 9-10 April

Humourworx Post-Traumatic Growth Being Remarkable on Purpose

A two day weekend workshop with Phil Jeremiah IV in Newcastle upon Tyne

Post-Traumatic Growth Being Remarkable on Purpose

For connoisseurs like yourself who value experiential training that will greatly assist your creativity, resilience, anti-fragility with exceptional tools you use and can share with your clients and family.

“Your conscious and unconscious thinking defines your reaction or response to other people, circumstances, and external events.

So, is it vital to recognise and acknowledge your thoughts, worries and feelings about the world at large, because you’re thinking affects your fatigue/tiredness/energetic states.

Basically, it’s difficult to solve problems when we are in low energy states/tired. The global pandemic has affected most of us on a day-to-day basis, and maybe we need to explore what Post Traumatic Growth would look like and feel like, while still emphasising the grief many of us have experienced. The mystery is, “you can be remarkable on purpose!””

This is an experimental workshop, but it will be underpinned with the structure of Provocative Coaching in all its wonderment and daylight. As well as the existing model of Percussion – Concussion – Discussion, Phil will release a new model of, Define it – Deconstruct it – Develop it – Drive it. The challenge is to find strategies that include different modes of fun which appeal to our diverse tastes, because the humour responses are learned and are affected by our gender, age, religion, culture/media, and upbringing.

Walking on The Moon Dangerous Ideas

Psychoneuroimmunology of laughter smashing together Polyvagal theory, Amygdala Paradox into the Giant Hadron Collider of Provocative Coaching. Every description like grit or resilience is manufactured in your own chemical electrical mind body systems. You cannot do anything without thinking; you are the creator of your moods, feelings and behavioural patterns.

Your thinking defines your reaction or response to other people, circumstances and events. Your thinking affects your fatigue/tiredness states, new brain cell production and a whole array of feelgood chemicals. The autonomic nervous system sympathetic branch can be triggered for fight, flight and freeze through the Polyvagal and Amygdala systems, whether the threat is real or imagined.

However, there is an antidote, and it is already available within you. This workshop will help you generate many new ideas and add to your existing toolbox to help people.
