When you are laughing pain doesn’t hurt

You will experience pain in our life and you know this as sure as you will take your next breath. Usually after sufficient time has passed you heal and in some ways limp on or with a full recovery go forward. Pain however is a universal constant that will always, in some form or another be around the corner.

Pain comes in a spectrum of flavours; ranging from the physical, psychological and emotional. Pain can also be perpetuated with thoughts, memories or the kind of circular thinking that gets you nowhere except further down into a mire of sadness and despair. And here we are talking about perpetuating habits.

Escaping from a habit is not always so easy when you try to do it on your own.  Habits are the hard wired aspects of your thinking and behaving this is about learning how through, humour, distraction and pattern interrupting to derail problematic old patterns and create proper choice.

So coming to this Thought Provoking Philosophising workshop as someone who wants to work with personal issues or learn the structures to be using humour as an intervention tool or both will be a very wise decision.

This training and encompassing drills are like a Brain Spar weekend to rejuvenate, refresh and invigorate your neurons into delicious new pathways while pruning off what was left of the winters passed.

Thought Provoking Philosophising is Safe and Effective

Explaining in advance the kind of art form and techniques you will gain from this workshop is important. There is no just starting to use humour and irrelevance to change problem behaviours or thinking without the correct methods and explanations in advance. This is The Bubble of Possibility.

The Bubble is a safe space where the art of Thought Provoking Philosophising takes place. You will learn all about this early on in the first morning. Then the days will evolve outwards with demonstrations and a great deal of practicing drills, which when brought together, lead to the art in practice.

Now, helping clients change is both the clients and therapists role. The therapist is an outside influence that will both recognise and then provoke you out of negative and self defeating patterns using humour, irrelevance and sincere compassion, creating new neural patterns and pathways away from pain and problems.

Attend this Thought Provoking Philosophising to learn an art that can help you and your clients move away from problem behaviours and habits into that river of life that moves us onwards into the living real life that is our human right.

Completing this workshop you will have :

  • The structures and patterns that come together to make an art form in chance work and therapy.
  • The ability to recognise and divert problem thinking and behaviour into new neural patterns of choice.
  • Expanded and enhanced your skills and methods to help your clients more; and yourself.
Disclaimer : Those who are about to laugh, we salute you. Humour in this sense, the sense of Thought Provoking Philosophising is not about telling jokes. This is about learning structures and patterns through drills and practice. To create a workable art form.
