One of the things I like to encourage hypnotherapists to do is to listen to their own voice. The easiest way to do this is to record it.
Many supermarkets sell mp3 voice recorders for around £10.00, bargain!

Use the ‘learning trance’ transcript to record your ‘hypnotic’ voice onto a recorder, like said mp3. You can also listen to your recording your own voice and at the same time detect the language patterns that are displayed throughout within the script.
